KIHNU SAARE LÕUNATIPUS ON KÜLASTAJATELE  AVATUD TULETORN

Kihnu tuletorn on valmistatud Inglismaal ja kohapeal kokku monteeritud 1864. aastal.Torni kõrgus merepinnast on 29 meetrit,  jalamilt 28 meetrit. 1882. a hakati valgustamisel kasutama petrooliumi ja ehitati petrooliumiait. Alates 1996. aastast töötab tuletorn automatiseeritult, enne seda oil tööl majakavaht.

Tuletorn on avatud:

Maikuus nädalavahetustel

1. juunist kuni 31. augustini iga päev kell 10 - 16

Juulikuus ka päikeseloojangutel kell 20-22

 

Muul ajal on tuletorn avatud aastaringselt kokkuleppel, erivaljakutse hind on 5 eurot, millele lisandub pileti hind.

Tuletorni külastamise pileti hind:

  • koolilapsele ja pensionärile 1 euro,
  • täiskasvanule 2 eurot.
